Your tickets are in the form of QR codes. Make sure you have your code and a government-issued ID at registration.

A general attendee ticket allows you access to over 12 conference tracks and workshops, plus access to our after hours events like Night Summit and Pub Summit. You can also use the RISE app to contact and chat with other attendees.

You don’t need a physical ticket to register at our event. Instead, you’ll access your tickets through the RISE app.
Just bring the app and a government-approved photo ID, and you’ll be good to go during registration!

You can receive a full refund if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refund policy after this date.
If you have secured a complimentary ticket but had already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

As is stated in the terms and conditions, reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket not in accordance with our terms and conditions will result in it being voided. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.

You will have received an email with the subject “Your 2020 RISE Confirmation & Receipt” shortly after you purchased your tickets. Inside, you’ll have a summary and the receipt for your order. There will be a button titled “View Order.” Click on that and you’ll see a list with your tickets where you can view, edit, and assign them. Check out this short video for a step-by-step guide.

If you can’t locate your confirmation email, you can look up all your order information using the Tito lookup tool. If you’re having difficulty using Tito, follow this short video.

Your invoice for your ticket has been attached to the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase. Don’t worry if you can’t find it, just send a quick email over to and the team will be able to help.

Although we do not engage directly with any embassy, you can request a confirmation letter by signing into your attendee profile on

Once signed in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. You’ll see a drop-down menu with an option to ‘Request confirmation letter’. You will be prompted to fill in your information, which our system will verify after you click submit.

Age 3 and under: A child doesn’t require a ticket, but must be chaperoned for the duration of the event.
Age 4 – 16: A ticket is required for both child and chaperone for the duration of the event.
Age 17: A ticket is required, and guardian permission must also be presented at registration.
Age 18+: A ticket is required.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times throughout the event.
