You do not need a printed ticket for the conference, you will register using the RISE app once it is released. Your tickets will be available to scan into the event from the app via a QR code. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates about the app’s release as the event approaches.
A standard RISE ticket grants you entry to RISE 2019 on July 8-11 as well as access to more than a dozen tracks, satellite events, networking events and Night Summit parties. For any ticket enquiries email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to RISE using our attendee app, which will be released closer to the event. Just make sure to bring along your government-approved photo ID so you can receive your accreditation.
You can get a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
As specified in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your RISE ticket. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner denied entry to the event. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g. women in tech, open source).

Please note, subsidised tickets such as women in tech, young entrepreneur, loyalty, and open source tickets can only be reassigned within the first 30 days after purchase. You can find your invoice in your ticket confirmation email. You would have received this after you purchased. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we will happily send you an invitation letter once you purchase your ticket. To receive your letter, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa.

No, each ticket is valid to be used by one person only for the duration of the conference.
We don’t offer one-day full attendee tickets. All full attendee tickets are valid for the duration of the conference.
