RISE brings speakers from the world’s biggest companies together with the world’s most exciting startups. From 8 – 11 July 2019, people from all around the world will come to Hong Kong to share their stories and experiences at RISE. You can download the event overview here for more information.

RISE 2019 will take place in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from July 8-11.

A general attendee ticket grants you entry to RISE 2019 July 8-11, as well as access to more than 12 conference tracks, satellite events, networking events and Night Summit parties. For any ticket enquiries, please email tickets@riseconf.com.

The full schedule is available online; alternatively, you can view it through the app once it is released.

From July 8 – July 11, the main conference will kick off at about 9am and will close at approximately 5pm. The first day, July 8, will consist of pre-registration during the day followed by opening night festivities from around 8pm. The first day won’t contain event content from our exhibitors or speakers. You’ll be able to register on the following days if needed.

You may want to take peripheral activities like the opening and closing Night Summit events into account when making your travel arrangements. Sign up for the RISE newsletter to stay up to date with the latest schedule announcements.

There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to RISE using our attendee app, which will be released closer to the event. Just make sure to bring along your government-approved photo ID so you can receive your accreditation.

While we won’t engage directly with your relevant embassy, once you purchase a ticket we’ll happily send you a letter confirming your attendance to help with your application. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa. Please find the instructions below:

  1. Visit your attendee profile at my.riseconf.com.
  2. Enter your ticket reference. You’ll find it in your confirmation email in the format ABCD-1.
  3. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear with the option to “Request confirmation letter”.
  4. Once you’ve clicked, you will be asked to provide your information, which will be verified by our system after you submit. ***Please ensure you provide the correct information, as you can only apply once***
  5. Once your information has been verified your confirmation letter will be emailed to you as a PDF.
